The importance of Hygiene, Sleep, and Nutrition
Nutrition
Having good nutrition and eating healthy food is very important for your health (Obviously). Eating enough fruit and vegetables every day is very important to keep your brain working and your body properly functioning. Every day 12-18 year old boys and girls should have
300 g of fruit per day and 375 g of vegetables per day. If people don’t have enough fruit/ vegetables every day but eat other junk food then this could lead to being overweight and potentially obese.
Sleeping
A 12-18 year old child should get 9 ½ hours of sleep per day too function well but some can function normally on 8 1/2 . If a child doesn't get enough sleep it could stop the child learning to their best ability. I personally get about 9-10 hours of sleep on an average night and I am usually fine at school. If I get less than 7 hours of sleep I find that every little thing at school becomes a little bit harder and that it is impossible to concentrate on what the teacher is saying and focus enough to do school work to the best of my ability
Hygiene
I think that at all of our ages we should have a shower every one or two nights. If you don’t shower for too long then your body could start to smell. You should also have a bath or shower after any activity to do with sport. It is very important to wash off all of the sweat that is on you after you run.

I like the facts that you have added to your blog used to back up your statements. Is this evidence true however? How do we know?
ReplyDeleteVisually the lime green on white is quite hard to read.
Sorry about the font colour, I didn't intentionally do that. Also all of the writing is clumped together, It was all in paragraphs when I posted it

ReplyDeleteI don't know how to comment so your blog is awesome.
ReplyDeleteand it is so important to wash any germs anyway Well done!!
I really liked the detail and description of your work, and I could definitely tell the way you write it in your own words. Each subject slipped into another, making a smooth read. I liked the way you talked about your own experiences, routines etc. Although it was written well and had a good flow, I did however find it hard to read the light on light background. I suggest changing it though the design settings. You gave a good reason and explanation for each topic, and actually described the normal routine of an average kid when i was the sleep topic.
ReplyDeleteBy the way I was told we had to do constructive 100 word feedback.
