Human's greatest invention
What is Man’s greatest Invention
In my opinion man's greatest achievement was the wheel.
Now, before people start disagreeing with me and getting all upset here is my evidence and proof why ,in my opinion, the wheel is humans greatest invention.
Can you imagine going ONE whole day without using wheels of any shape or size? This means no car, no bike, no scooter. Even some chairs have got wheels on them!
Wheels have completely changed the way that humans do things. The impact that the wheel has had is HUGE. Cars, Trucks, even some boats now have wheels! From moving yourself and other people to moving building supplies and and heavy items the wheel has completely changed the way man does things. There is all different shapes and types of wheel used in a massive variety of different things. Little wheels on the bottom of office chairs to two metre tall tractor wheels.
Wheels have changed so much from the tree trunks that they used to be. The wheels on cars are now metal spokes attached to a thick metal ring with heavy rubber around it. The oldest known wheel found in an archaeological excavation is from Mesopotamia, and dates to around 3500 BC.(Mesopotamia is a name for the area of the Tigris–Euphrates river system, This is about where Iraq, Kuwait and Syria are now) and was basically a piece of tree trunk sliced up.
If you have made it this far down my blog post without clicking off it, look around and see how many wheels you can see. Can you imagine trying to go one whole day without using one wheel?

The importance of Hygiene, Sleep, and Nutrition
Nutrition
Having good nutrition and eating healthy food is very important for your health (Obviously). Eating enough fruit and vegetables every day is very important to keep your brain working and your body properly functioning. Every day 12-18 year old boys and girls should have
300 g of fruit per day and 375 g of vegetables per day. If people don’t have enough fruit/ vegetables every day but eat other junk food then this could lead to being overweight and potentially obese.
Sleeping
A 12-18 year old child should get 9 ½ hours of sleep per day too function well but some can function normally on 8 1/2 . If a child doesn't get enough sleep it could stop the child learning to their best ability. I personally get about 9-10 hours of sleep on an average night and I am usually fine at school. If I get less than 7 hours of sleep I find that every little thing at school becomes a little bit harder and that it is impossible to concentrate on what the teacher is saying and focus enough to do school work to the best of my ability
Hygiene
I think that at all of our ages we should have a shower every one or two nights. If you don’t shower for too long then your body could start to smell. You should also have a bath or shower after any activity to do with sport. It is very important to wash off all of the sweat that is on you after you run.
